Project Summary
Our first project with SVN was to help them get organized by moving their member data, event attendance, and contact data from a very old version of FileMaker into a very new version of Salesforce.com. We could hear the cheers of joy from the other side of the country.
Not only are they organized, but they have been able to streamline many aspects of their operations using native tools in Salesforce along with a custom web application that enables conference registrations and membership renewals to flow from the website to Salesforce in real time with no re-entry needed.
